I met Amrita when I was in the depths of motherhood with two toddlers, when my physical and mental health had been on the back burner for the last 3.5 years. Since starting with Amirta in the fall of 2023 I have seen many benefits which include increased strength, less fatigue and an improved ability to manage stress. Her programming progresses week by week to ensure progress and personal goals are achieved - and trust me she will push you to meet those personal goals!!  The desire for physical change was what drew me to start working with Amirta, but the mental transformation is what keeps me coming back for more. Her energy and positive mindset is contagious and I truly believe she is doing exactly what she is meant to do! Looking forward to many more sessions to come.


Amrita has been a complete life changer for me. From starting with pound classes, where I had no experience and was out of shape, to now enjoying all her classes, she has made a significant impact. Amrita is incredibly knowledgeable at knowing what and how to do what is necessary and needed to get the results I am looking for when it comes to my fitness goals. Beyond that, she is incredibly encouraging, supportive and motivating. No one does it better. She has taught me the importance of moving my body, and the joy that can come from it.
